Con-ex Cold Water Wash

Con-ex is a washing additive used to remove house dust mites during the laundering process. It should be used in a machine or hand wash at 30 degrees C. The advantage of using Con-ex is the clothes and other textiles, natural or synthetic, no longer need to be washed at 60 degrees C in order to eradicate house dust mites. Con-ex can be used for clothing and for washable pillows, blankets, duvet covers, soft toys, small rugs and cushions, for example.

Con-ex contains benzyl benzoate, an effective mite remover which has been extensively tested and found safe. The concentration reached in a washing machine when used as directed is only0.03% and no residue is left after the rinse cycle.

One bottle of Con-ex is sufficient for ten 20 litre washes or equivalent. As many modern washing machines only use 10 litres of water per wash, Con-ex is extremely cost effective.

Con-ex is recommended for use twice a year.
